They broke ground the end of January and we were swimming the first week in April. Josh was our project manager, and David was the on-site guy managing everything. Thanks to Sam and Josh the entire process was flawless. All the guys working on the pool were skilled craftsman, did outstanding work, and were pleasant to talk to and work with. I don’t think you will find a pool company that has such a high standard for delivering a personalized, friendly, honest, and exemplary level of customer service than Aqua Operators Pools LLC. They were outstanding every step of the way. We waited a long time to finally bite the bullet and install the pool. The finished product is more than we could have ever imagined and was worth the wait. Our children, grandchildren, and friends love the pool and it has given us many hours of fun, pleasure and memories. Thank you, Aqua Operators Pools LLC, for making it happen!

Sam managed the complete renovation of our 1980s hoa pool and we couldn't be happier with the results. He advised on the best plaster and tile and assisted with the color coordination of the plaster and tile. The job was done in just a few weeks and our new pool is just spectacular! We cannot say enough good things about Aqua Operators. They are true professionals and fantastic to work with.

Aqua Operators Pools LC built our pool 3 years ago in 2021. We worked with Josh through our design phase and he was very flexible to work with our design changes on a constant basis to continue to incorporate additional features on a tight and sloping lot. Despite some Covid related delays, Aqua pushed our project forward and Josh and Sam were onsite multiple times per week and always answered my phone call. The quality of the work was very impressive and their mason Carlos and team worked thousands of hours to integrate all of the retaining walls and patios. 3 years later, we still use our pool 200+ times per year and Aqua is still responsive to any very minor issues that have come up. Thanks Sam, Hose, Josh and team!

We've worked with Aqua Operators across multiple associations, and they're absolutely fantastic! They handle everything - from regular maintenance to pool resurfacing and pool covers - and they do it all perfectly. What makes them special is their team. Sam and Tim run a tight ship; Aidan give amazing service; and Beth make sure all the contracts and paperwork are handled right. The best part is that you can tell they actually care about their clients. No headaches, no hassles - just reliable service from people who know what they're doing.
