I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability shown by Sam Smith, ClubWorx owner. I reached out regarding a serious concern about member safety — specifically, the complete lack of shade during outdoor swim classes, which take place during peak sun hours when UV exposure is at its most dangerous. While even the instructors position themselves in the limited shade available, members —mostly older adults — are left exposed to direct sun for the entire class. This raises legitimate risks for heat exhaustion, dehydration, and skin damage, including increased risk of skin cancer. I sent a polite, detailed email directly to Sam Smith, and not only did he fail to reply — there was no acknowledgment of any kind. No follow-up, no plan, no concern. If you value your health, your skin, or your family’s safety, I strongly recommend thinking twice before signing up for a membership at this facility. It’s clear that profit takes priority over basic member safety. Ignoring basic safety concerns from paying members is unacceptable. Installing a sun shade is a reasonable, affordable solution that most well-managed facilities already provide.

This gym is my second home, and the staff might as well be my second family—they’re that friendly! The group fitness and Yoga classes are top-notch. This gym has been a total game changer for me! I love coming between 9 AM and noon, but honestly, the main reason I joined in the first place was the amazing child care. It’s a lifesaver, and the staff there are so kind and attentive. Plus, the cleanliness here excels with how gross the kids and toys can be. I leave feeling stronger, and I can actually relax knowing my little one is in great hands. Highly recommend!

Friendly, all inclusive gym. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced and caring in their approach to classes and activities. It has a variety of classes to meet every fitness level. Instructors such as Heidi, Kelly and Deanna to name a few, are well prepared and make their classes fun and challenging for attendees. Most importantly, the friendly atmosphere with other members creates a family type atmosphere that the other gyms I have attended seem to lack. The equipment is well maintained and the locker rooms are the best in the area. If your looking for an exercise home, try it, I think you'll like it.

I have been a member of ClubWorx since it opened. I love everything about the gym. Lisa Frey’s group strength class is one of my favorites. Lisa plans new workouts monthly and guides us to work out correctly and at our individual best. I enjoy yoga snd swimming. All the staff is friendly and available to help. The facility offers so many things. It’s a wonderful gym!

This is a wonderful community gym. Clubworx has so much to offer everyone at every level. The front desk employees are so friendly & willing to help. Trainers like John Chambers, Dom, Gabby etc are well trained and can handle any fitness level. Management Deanna, Amy, Heidi, Ali, Jackie are all willing to answer questions to help with all the needs you have. Great Water Aerobics instructors Sabrina, Kelly, Amy, Alma, Joan will give you a great workout in the pool. Come to an open house & meet some of these people & and tour this beautiful, clean gym. You will want to join!!
