My brother and I got the scuba cert through Gypsy Divers with instructor Joe. We started off not the best with swimming and with the regulator skills, but with the pool sessions, some practice and quarry cert dives got to where were comfortable. Everyone in the shop is nice and knowledgeable about the gear, different locations and dive trips you can do with them, and all the other random questions we’d ask. The shop uses scubapro bcd and regulators and do offer to make the classes free with additional specialties if you buy the total dive systems of which theres a couple different options. Overall a great experience and diving around the sunken vehicles, planes, yachts in the quarry was a surreal experience, excited to start diving in the ocean too.

My experience with SCUBA education and certification was incredible! HUGE thank you to the sales and maintenance team at Gypsy for helping me find the perfect gear, and especially to my instructor Mike for helping make a lifelong dream become a reality! If you want to learn more about SCUBA education and equipment, I can't recommend them highly enough! Gypsy Divers will definitely be MY dive shop from here out!

I worked with Gypsy divers to get my diving certification and initial equipment as I enter into the sport. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable along the way. I felt well supported, and also know that if anything doesn't work as I go on my first diving trip they'll be there to help me adjust my diving kit as needed for the future. I highly recommend Gypsy divers if you're thinking about getting into diving!

I do not dive but needed a new mask and snorkel to snorkel with. Great shop! So many different options to choose from and they fit me with a nice mask. They then moved on to a type snorkel I was not familiar with but they have a return policy so I decided to try it. Best snorkel I’ve used in 10 plus years of snorkeling. Thanks guys!

Needed a refresh class. Got set up with instructor Mike. It was literally 1:1 student:teacher ratio and Mike was professional, polite, and patient in answering every silly (relatively) new guy question I had. The pool is in great condition. The rental gear is top notch. The store staff are friendly and polite as well. I can't wait to dive more with these fine folks.
