What are people saying (AI review summary)? This facility receives mixed reviews. Many praise it as a family-friendly pool and swim club with friendly staff, clean facilities including tennis courts, and a strong community feel, especially for those involved in swim teams. Amenities include a large pool with lap lanes, shallow end, baby pool, diving board, slide, grills, and ample seating. However, a significant recurring complaint, particularly from residents, is the severe overcrowding due to frequent swim meets and sessions, making the pool inaccessible for general use or peaceful lap swimming. Even with a reservation system, popular times are difficult to secure, leading to issues with traffic and parking. There was also an isolated comment regarding the water being too hot.

Love this family-friendly pool and swim club. My kids have been swimming for the OC Otters for almost 5 years, and it's been a great experience. Friendly staff and lifeguards, clean pool and tennis courts that are maintained well. My family and I love coming here and being a part of this family like community.
Update July 2025 - Planned for first pool visit on a very hot Sunday. Neighbors said don't bother, it's hotter that pasta water. Update 2 years on: 2024 - still haven’t been able to access this pool. We were told this facility is for the 400 residents & HoA members. Clearly not. Parking and traffic is immense when ‘swim meets’ are on. Ironically the pool is the downside of this location. 2022- This is a great pool. As residents, we have not been able to access this pool as it is so crowded, every day, all day, with kids swim meets & swim sessions. It will close when they go back to school. Worthless for those of us looking to do 30 minutes of peaceful laps.
The pool is currently requiring members to make reservations to swim... Max of 56, so it's not usually too crowded. I haven't been able to get a Saturday reservation for the past 3 weeks
Huge pool with lap swimming in the morning and always a dedicated lane throughout the day. Large shallow end and baby pool for kids. Diving board is awesome too.
Big pool lots of space grills available lots of seats slide too
