Great pool. Nice amenity for the residents. Kids pool is special. Slide is fun. Plenty of tables and chairs.

There is often a number of horse flies and bees/wasps. The pool itself is nice, there is a good kiddie area, and the slides are fun... just watch out for the bugs.
