My child has been enrolled at this location for almost 1 year. Her swim teacher Chelsea has been great but the owner Debbie clearly does not work with children or have much experience except for collecting monthly fees. The things we liked were the small classes where children can bond and feel comfortable in the water. With a 4 year old often times change can be difficult. On this particular Saturday her classmate was absent and the owner informed my child that she was not going to be present. It took some time for her understand that she was not coming and not to wait. There was only one child in the next class but she refused to allow her to continue or swim. Then she proceeded that she don’t allow make ups or refunds unless she cancels. If you are going out of town or if your child is sick there are no refunds from this swim school. Debbie informed me that you have to be out for a month or more and she would only give you two weeks. We have missed several weeks due to her being sick or had plans that didn’t allow us to make it. Before you enroll your child here make sure you are aware of the rules in the contract and compare it to your goals of your child learning to swim. To ensure you are getting a good return on investment.

We love our Saturday swim coach Ms Naomi! Our child has always had a dislike for water on his face and had started to develop a fear of water though he'd never had a bad experience with it. Over the months we've been going to Triangle Swim School North Raleigh, he has developed a newfound confidence and joy. Watching him learn to trust Naomi and get more comfortable in the water has brought me such happiness as a mom. Naomi is so patient with him, she understands how to work with kids and clearly is a very knowledgeable instructor. He went from saying he hated water to now saying that he looks forward to class. We're so grateful for our time there and feel our investment here has truly shown a difference. Thank you for the positive experience and joyous memories of a happy kid!

We love Triangle Swim School! Our son is currently in the parent and me class and the instructors Olivia and Naomi have always been extremely caring, patient, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. They truly enjoy their students and what they do, it certainly shows in the way they teach. We unfortunately had to switch class times due to schedule constraints on our end (we will miss Olivia and Naomi) and the staff was very accommodating with this switch.

This has been a truly outstanding place for my kids to take lessons. We have been doing the sibling lesson for several months and each kid has made stellar progress. Both the coaches and staff are wonderful and kind. It's a smaller place, so never really crowded. My youngest loves getting a sticker each time. So glad I found them!
