The WORST
We had Mr. Pool Guy update our pool. His crew came on time, worked hard, and provided us with a beautiful pool. This is truly a great company. They take great care and pride in every step of the process. If you need anything at all done to your pool, this company should be your first and only call. Thank you, Mr. Pool Guy for our beautiful new pool!
Mr. Pool Guy (Anthony) was initially notified about cosmetic issues that needed to be resolved after I unfortunately paid them in-full at the completion of their work. I paid them to replaster my pool and replace flagstone coping with travertine tile as well as waterfall flagstone to replace with tile. They delay with excuses, common tactic for them, full of every excuse you can imagine. He sent someone out, I was not there, but they said they saw no problems and when I asked about pictures, I texted them multiple times Anthony said he never saw them, so I resent them, and he sent someone out again. This time I left work and met the person at the pool to point out the issues. The rep from Mr. Pool Guys said, "how does Anthony expect me to fix all these problems by myself... this pool is F'ed up". He acknowledged all the problems and said it was apparent that one person did one side of the pool plaster and someone else did the other, and the mix was not correct, so they used a fill in spots therefore you could see holes that were filled, and leftover plaster hanging from under coping, spatter all over the place (planters in the area, on tile, etc.). Skimmers doors floating in the pool. This is after I picked gravel from blocking my jets and paid a pool company to remove a sponge they left behind that got sucked up into my pump causing blockage. They never showed up for chemical check when refilling pool, I had to personally handle that even though a rep met me out there and told me he would be there to fill. After bringing all this to Anthony's attention he said, "well, what can I say, there's no such thing as a perfect pool." Most conversations he prefers to argue through text, real tough through texts and when as the customer you request to meet him at the pool, in person he is unresponsive. He will block ignore text/calls. First cold snap all the tile separated from my waterfall and already have cracks in plaster. He ignored it all! I now have to find someone else to clean up his mess.
