Love this property!! Beyond exceptional service, great staff members, and beautiful amenities. We absolutely love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Safe neighborhood, great neighbors, everyone is very friendly. Living the dream! 10/10

We saw we liked we pray we can get into those apartments. I like them because they are near stores and my grandkids. The apartment need a little up date but its very roomy and homey. The lady was so helpful and kind made us feel so welcome.

Nice apartment. Horrible performance by apt management staff with maintenance. Have had ongoing AC issues (requiring 8-9 maintenance requests to fix an ongoing freon leak). Have identified the problem for the staff to fix and they continue to not repair the leak. Requires a Svc request more than once per week. Apt temps at 80 with no remedy from maintenance staff for 3+ days over weekend. Seriously considering terminating my lease. Horrible. And highly highly frustrating.

I have lived here for a year now and I can say that I am renewing for another year. I absolutely love my apartment and my neighbors. The most important part is the office staff! Lisset is always available to help me when my dog eats my remote or locks me out or direct me where I need to go when I have a concern. I’ve never had any issues here. There have been several changes in management and staff but all have been very professional and jump right into the 5 star service! Yvette a manager is always very helpful and communicates well when things are needed or if I am in need of assistance. I can always confide in the office and staff; I’ve live many places in San Antonio and the US as a travel nurse; and I will always call Villas my Home! No matter where I travel and lay; I always come back home! I’ve also never had any security issues or thefts since I have been here in over a year. Nor any other “apartment issues” that others face at their apartment complex’s. Thank you again to the amazing office and staff! Saving the best for last… The Maintenance team!!!! They are amazing!!! So helpful and friendly always smiling and happy to lend a hand when needed!! Continue your great work guys!! It is not unseen! Stay Blessed!

If you want to live in a community that is well taken care of, clean and quiet, move to this complex. The apartments are nice and spacious. The staff is wonderful! The office staff always makes time for any concern residents have, they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The maintenance crew is fantastic, any issue is taken care of fast and satisfactory, they really care. It's so nice to be addressed by my name, this place is not too big and no one is just an "apartment number". I love living here.
