What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Auburn Community Pool is widely appreciated as a valuable community resource, offering effective swim lessons that have helped many children learn to swim, open swim, and facilities for local teams. Reviewers generally find the locker rooms clean and the staff adequate, although some suggest lighting could be improved. However, several users express significant dissatisfaction with the pool's water temperature, finding it too cold, and note high chlorine levels. A recurring point of frustration is the mandatory swim test required for deep end access, which some find inconvenient and unusual, particularly for adults or if required on every visit.

My son currently goes to For swimming lessons here. He likes it and the instructions give pretty good lessons. Thinking of signing up my self.
The water is way to cold!!! Also if you're an adult looking to relax or do water excersise they will not let you in the deep end without a swim test. Never heard of that. You will be stuck in the 3ft with all the kids.
The best place. My children had taken classes elsewhere and didn't learn to swim. We came here and they felt confident, and now they know how to swim. Now I'm waiting for the next season
The Auburn Community Pool is well used and loved by the local community. Despite its age, the pool provides aquatic opportunities such as open swim, swim lessons, as well as providing a practice facility for the three local high schools and club teams. The lighting could be a bit brighter. The locker room facilities were clean and adequate. The pool seems to be well staffed. The Auburn pool is a gem for the community.
Idk if this is actually a saltwater pool or if there's just more chlorine than salt. It's very chlorine heavy. You will have to take a swim test every time you want to swim in the deeper end.
