They have incredible play area for the kids, where someone else watches your kids while you exercise! Mind blown. As for exercising equipment - the main focus I would say is on cardio and aerobic exercise, but nevertheless the machines are good, free weights are there, benches and mats are there. It all smells nice too. They have a pool for adults, and a pool for kids, which is a huge plus. Staff is very nice and kind. Really recommend!

Pool is sooo cold!! It is such a nice facility but I've been scared to go back because last time we were freezing in the water.
