The staff is wonderful, and the place is kept very clean. I feel safe in the water under watchful eyes always. The cost of the super water exercise program is the lowest, yet it has the best teachers and a loyal following. I feel that not only my body is benefiting, but also my spirit, and a great sense of camaraderie. I am grateful.
