I have had dealings with many technicians in the past and I can say Cisco is one that knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and can communicate the problem and solution very easily. I’m glad that an establishment like Ken’s Pool & Patio is around to help and provide great customer service. Congratulations to the management for hiring such a staff, please reward them accordingly.

Ken’s pool redid our pool from the 1960’s in to a beautiful functioning addition to our home. Mark & Cisco are always polite, and generous with their time. Not only have do they provide good service, they have gone out of their way to teach us how to care for our pool.

Quick and reliable service by Francisco. Needed repair on my leaky pool heater and couldn't be happier with the fast turn around. Ken's pool is highly recommended!
