What are people saying (AI review summary)? The LSC community pool is largely praised for its family-friendly environment, offering a variety of activities including swim team, water polo, recreational swimming, summer lessons, and a dive tank. It is described as super clean, well-maintained, with good changing facilities and a BBQ area, and has recently introduced pickleball courts. However, accessibility is noted as a challenge due to many stairs from the back parking lot, which could be difficult for seniors or differently-abled individuals. A significant concern was raised regarding the treatment of children of color by the training staff, with one parent reporting experiences of unfriendliness and perceived unequal treatment, despite management's attempts to address the issues. This review advises parents of children of color to research the facility, staff, and racial dynamics, noting a neighbor's confirmation of a reputation for not treating everyone equally.

We love being in the LSC community. Swim team and waterpolo in addition to rec swim bring our whole family a ton of joy each summer.
A Summer Community Swim Club which has introduced Pickleball as an option with two lined courts, nets and balls.
Fantastic, super clean and well maintained. Plenty of changing rooms and privacy. Only challenge is lots of stairs to get in if you park in the back parking lot. Could be challenging for seniors or differently able-bodied 🤔 wonderful staff and bbq area too. just the perfect mix! i'll be back!
All parents of kids of color, be aware before signing up your children! Go and research this place, check the training staff, the racial mix, etc. If you must sign up for classes, then try with minimum number of days, if you can. I signed up our boys for two sessions (20 days), only to regret it. It's hard to see the attitude of the training staff towards kids of color. Hard to hear your little one tell you "I don't like this place, people are not friendly". We complained about this, the management listened to our concern, and agreed to look into this twice. Things improve for a day or two and then we start to see issues again. While management says "Everyone is expected to be treated the same.." etc.., the problem may have deep roots from a while back. Maybe this is bigger than the management itself. We asked about this to a neighbor who explained that that place is known for NOT treating everyone the same. Please, we are in the 21st century, CHANGE! Or, don't sign up people you think don't fit your club. Really, I would rather get turned away than see my children experience something negative.
Great community pool with summer swim lessons and water polo team open to non-members. Swim team for age 6-18 from May - July for members only. 6 lap lanes and a dive tank.
