What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Queen Anne Pool is generally praised for its clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and effective swim lessons, particularly for younger children due to its shallow end and knowledgeable instructors. It is also highlighted as a great community resource, well-managed by Anne Bush. However, several drawbacks were noted: the pool is consistently overcrowded for lap swim, making effective workouts difficult. The locker rooms are dated, and showers are excessively hot with no apparent plans for repair, only a warning sign. Additionally, the sauna has been out of order for an extended period, leading to suggestions for reduced admission fees. Despite these issues, some users have experienced significant personal growth in their swimming abilities, appreciating the pool as a vital fitness resource.

Good place for lessons. The shallow end is 3 ft deep, great for younger kids. The instructors are safe, and knowledgeable.
Great local community pool managed by an amazing lady, Anne Bush.
I have seen huge growth in myself since entering the water at Queen Anne Pool One year ago. The pool has transformed me from an awkward swimmer with very little skill to a 50 mile a month aquatic athlete. I greatly appreciate the amazing resource for fitness and health, including their wonderful sauna and the amazing staff all kind, helpful and willing people who really care and work hard to accommodate each and everyone’s Needs, goals and safety
It's a good spot but always SLAMMED for lap swim. I'm giving up and trying a different pool until they open more lap sessions/lanes. Ive tried a bunch of different time slots, always full and hard to get a good workout in
I’ve been to the pool a few times recently after moving to Queen Anne. The pool itself is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The locker room is functional but dated with shower unbearably hot. Whatever is wrong with it doesn’t look like they plan on fixing it. Instead, there is a sign at the shower, warning people that the water is hot to in case of lawsuits. It says on their website that they have a sauna, but it has been out of order for at least over a month or since the first time I went. I finally asked, and one of staffs said she didn’t know when it would be fixed but at least not until after the summer. I feel like they should lower the admission in consideration of the un-usable shower and out of commission sauna so really.
