My six year old son had his first swim lesson here today and he absolutely loved it! His instructor was Kate and she did an excellent job making sure he was comfortable in the water. It's clear she has lots of experience teaching swimming lessons as well as communicating and working with young kids. My son had so much fun with Kate that he couldn't wait to come back for his next lesson. The entire process of signing up with SwimQwik and scheduling lessons was very easy, the facility is clean, and the staff is very courteous and professional. Highly recommend SwimQwik (and Kate!) for swim lessons.

My 9-year-old son used to be afraid to put his head under the water, but with private lessons he quickly gained confidence. The instructor Breanna noticed right away that he sometimes just needs a gentle push to try new things, and that made all the difference. Now he’s excited about swimming and feels so much more comfortable in the water. Highly recommend!”

My daughter (8) went to SwimQwik Swim school this summer to learn how to swim. We opted for private lessons since the group lessons in the past have not really worked out. Her teacher (Minoa L) was awesome. She helped my daughter not only get over her fears in the water but also to eagerly look forward to the days of her swim class. 16 classes later, my daughter is able to freestyle swim across the pool and float on her back. The private lessons are quite pricey but worth it if your child is able to connect well with the teacher. We were lucky to find a great teacher in Minoa.

Unfortunately after my initial 5 star review (based on the actual swim instructor work), I've since become completely disappointed in this business due to its management and terrible customer service. My wife was intending to purchase a private lessons package which gives you access to the instructor for up to 4 swimmers of your choosing. This is a premium price choice at over $450/month, but we wanted our two daughters to have a more attentive instructor (as our 3 year old had recently fallen into a pool and we were building back up her confidence). We purchased the class under our first daughter's name, but the business requires you to register the additional swimmers to join for the other 3 spots. My wife was then guided to register our second daughter online, which inadvertently signed us up for a SECOND private session package at an additional $450/month! When we discovered the error and tried to rectify it with the business, we got the complete runaround and never got our 3 months of money back..... There is no management on site or working front desk except for the swimmers, and when asking for their assistance several instructors took the opportunity to tell us to try emailing management and "yeah, they're pretty unresponsive when people have issues, and to us as well!" We called and left messages which were never returned. We emailed, and after excuses on how long it took to respond when they finally got back to us, we were told all sales are final and nonrefundable. When we responded back in disagreement, giving additional context, we received no response back. Incredibly unprofessional. Good luck if you sign up here - I wouldn't again.
