We arrived today for our class, but it was canceled. We received only one phone call, and I didn’t have a chance to answer. A simple text message could have been sent to notify us about the cancellation. I can’t read minds. We planned our entire day around this visit to the pool and had to wake up our child. In the end, no one bothered to inform us. The teachers are amazing, thank you for that. But today, my husband and I were furious.

My son loved taking swim lessons here. I planned on signing him up for the life jacket safety course, that our teacher said was going to be some time in the summer, but she didn't know the exact date at the time. I called last week to ask when that course will be held, and they were closed. I called again today, and they said they already had the class last week and there won't be another one! I'm annoyed because I've been waiting all month to hear more information about the Life Jacket Safety course and they didn't bother to send out any information so we could sign up.

I rarely make reviews but I've never encountered this type of issues before. Just started coming to this with my friend for baby lessons. Had a busy summer so called to cancel for the summer, was 2 days later then their cut off so was automatically charged for the next month. Called again to come back for Sept and figured the amount of money spent would go towards coming back but no its basically wasted money. ( wish the girl on the phone the first time would have told me I couldn't use it, then I would have tried to make a couple of classes) Would have given 5 stars for the great teachers and such but after this it just feels like robbery to me. I get having a fee for the spot in the class or something but to take the whole amount when not coming is ridiculous! 🙄 & doesn't make me want to come back.. Update I'm going to change my review to 5 stars, they reached out and worked out the problem, I didn't know my giftcard hadn't been used yet and they were very accommodating with figuring it out.

Great place to bring the kids for learning and getting comfortable in the water. There experienced team members have been helping my family for the last 2 years. I can't thank them enough for all the help they have done for my children. My almost 3 year old is almost swimming and comfortable in the water. Thank you for all the help over the years we appreciate you very much !!!

They have a great teaching syllabus / guide for their teachers and the levels are well thought out. Most importantly, teachers so far have stayed fairly consistent, which is so important for the kids to learn. Overall the programs and classes are well organized, the staff are friendly and professional, and the kids have been able to learn well (Water Kids 3 and 7).
