Really appreciate the integrity and passion of the instructors. They wouldn't allow my son to move up a level because they felt he needed more attention and practice for an essential skill. They ensured he was safe and confident before reaching level 4! Everything is always clean, they run efficiently, and the front desk goes above and beyond to help with schedules and questions. My only feedback is to please add more step stools so there is one per bathroom stall and one per sink so the kids can reach and continue to develop independence. This is a great school with amazing staff!

Looking for an amazing swim program - look no further. We have been absolutely impressed with the instructors, the program, and the staff at Aqua Tots Falls Church. Everyone has been top notch and it all starts at the top with the GM Sean! Not only is he an amazing instructor - he connects with his students, has the ability to recognize when they need something different on a particular day, and meets them there, making lessons fun. He is an amazing boss, runs a friendly business, and makes it look easy. His employees are well trained and truly seem to enjoy their job! The Aqua Tots approach works with kids at all levels and the individualized lessons ensure your swimmer is successful. Highly recommended!!

We’ve had an amazing experience at Aqua Tots, and we couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s progress! From the start, her instructor, Nora, has been incredible—patient, encouraging, and truly skilled at building confidence in young swimmers. Our daughter went from being hesitant in the water to eagerly jumping in, all thanks to Nora’s structured yet fun approach. She takes the time to personalize instruction, ensuring each child progresses at their own pace while still being challenged. We’ve seen remarkable improvement in her technique, and most importantly, she’s developed a genuine love for swimming. Nora’s ability to connect with her students and make learning both safe and enjoyable sets her apart. If you’re looking for a swim school with dedicated instructors who genuinely care about their students’ progress, we highly recommend Aqua Tots and especially Nora!

Aqua-Tots has been fantastic for our 4 year old. They take a longer term approach to teaching swimming, where the kids start learning the right basic patterns for long term swimming success rather than just being able to stay afloat. We were kind of surprised by that since it was so different than our son’s previous swim school, but we’re starting to see the benefits. My only complaint is that they don’t give out rewards to the kids as often (eg a ribbon) like other schools do. Their levels take many months to complete and there’s no clear reward for the kid along the way.

Staff onsite and instructors are both good, polite and helpful. However, they have questionable business practices around charging and monthly payments. You cannot cancel your monthly payment online, and when you call to cancel, they say they need to send you a form to fill in, and that it takes 30 days to process that form to cancel your membership. Really? That sounds very dubious and frankly slightly scammy to me in this day and age. I also could not remove my credit card from the account online which is also dubious in my opinion
