What are people saying (AI review summary)? This water park receives mixed reviews, often praised by families for its variety of slides suitable for all ages, attentive lifeguards, ample shaded seating, and family-friendly layout. However, some significant drawbacks were noted, including a strong complaint about the water being "filthy" with various debris. Other concerns include strict policies such as no outside water (though empty bottles can be refilled) and no re-entry, reports of inconsistent rules between staff, potential 'out of county' charges for nearby residents, and temporary closures of amenities like the kiddie splash pool and concessions.

Great water park for family fun during hot summer days. The lifeguards are excellent and very attentive to all that are swimming ensuring safety is a top priority. Different water slides at different speeds, shallower end for little ones and a separate splash park for babies and toddlers. Many sun loungers too !
We had an absolutely amazing time at this water park! The layout is perfect for families — plenty of shaded seating, a well-maintained pool area, and a great variety of water features for all ages. Highly recommended for a summer outing or a weekend cool-down. We’ll definitely be back!
Nice place but won't be returning. Live in Montgomery Village and says Gaithersburg on my license. They claim I'm not part of gaithersburg and charge us an out of county amount. Had to dump out my kids water just to refill it inside. Would rather kid have water I filled for him instead of your questionable water from who knows what tap and who knows how old the filter is if any. Front desk and life guards have different rules from each other so sounds like they all make up whatever rule they want.
What you need to know: little kiddie splash pool is temporarily closed, you can't get water in, you can get empty water bottles in and fill them up with water that they have in orange coolers, or buy drinks from vending machines (today they were out of water bottles so we got gatorade), concession wasn't open today, we saw a paper note in the bathroom that on Friday's food truck comes from 12 to 2:30. You can't re-enter. There are 2 small white slides in the least deep area, then medium green tunnel slide in deeper area and 2 big slides(blue is a tunnel and orange open) in the back of the pool, lands into 3.6 depth of water. There are plenty of pool chairs you can use and shade. We enjoyed it very much.
OMG, the water was so filthy! Things floating around in it. A lot of hair, even a large hair extension. some kind of slime thing, a think a piece of a panty liner or diaper and gum. All kinds of stuff!!! two ladies were allowed sitting floats with cup holders, both had a drink and both drinks got spilled into the water. Just nasty! I could never go back.
