What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility elicits mixed reviews. It is highly praised as an excellent venue for children's birthday parties and general family use, offering features like a shallow end, slide, and zero-entry pool. Several staff members are commended for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, particularly in assisting individuals with disabilities. Ample parking and a lack of overcrowding were also noted as positives. However, significant criticisms target the gym, which is consistently described as neglected, equipped with dated machinery, and overpriced. One review reported the kids' pool as extremely dirty with insects and criticized staff's lack of concern. While one user found the hot tub well-maintained, others described it and the gym as outdated and unclean. A recurring theme is that the overall facility, especially the bathrooms, is outdated, showing its age, and in need of significant updates, particularly for disability accessibility. Some front desk staff were also noted for a lack of courtesy.

Went to a birthday party for my nephew. There. I absolutely did not know it existed. The best idea for a kid's birthday party or even an adult, had the greatest time perfect for children with the shallow end and the cute slide
The gym in this place is in pathetic condition. Clearly neglected with dated equipments. Still they charge you 7 dollars for a one time use even for a MoCo resident with a rec pass. This is over 200 dollars a month, more than double that of even the best upscale gyms. No wonder why there is literally no one in this gym ever. Front desk staff need to be more courteous.
The front desk staff were friendly, and there was plenty of available parking. It also wasn’t overcrowded during my visit, which was a plus. However, I’m giving this place two stars for the following reasons: The kids’ pool was extremely dirty, with cockroaches, flies, and various insects floating in the water. I even had to remove some myself to ensure the kids’ safety. I reported this to the on-site guard, but unfortunately, they showed little concern. Additionally, both the hot tub and gym were in poor condition—outdated, unclean, and clearly neglected. It’s possible the city or county has the budget to maintain this facility, but based on its current state, I suspect the low attendance may be due to its poor upkeep or the fact that some visitors simply have no better alternative.
Excellent, well-utilized community aquatics center with zero entry pool area for young kids. Clean, well run. Check the schedule for hours available.
I have been going to this pool for over 25 years. Last week I brought a friend who is a amputee, it was her first time in pool( she didnt know how to swim and was terrified of water) I want to give a HUGE thank you to David P (staff member) he helped use the lift to get her in water. We used the water wheelchair with ease. She was floating and slowly turning into a mermaid in no time flat. lol. David made sure to alert life guards of situation and help with any concerns we had. I will say the bathrooms need to be updated and better equipped for disabilities. They are outdated and could use makeover. I also want to give another HUGE shout out to manager on Monday nights. very friendly and always greets us and keeps the Hot tub perfect for me. I think the staff is good, pool good but all in all building and bathrooms starting to show its age.
