Last week to use Devon pool, closes for the season Sept 1, 2024. Huge main pool with nothing deeper than 5ft. Three diving boards, one decently tall in a separate pool, 13ft deep, zero entry, good for all ages.
Nice, large pool with ample seating and shady spots. The concession stand had Jet’s Pizza, which was delish (considering we ordered ours about an hour prior to closing). There were some other convenient food options, shaved ice, and ice cream. I personally enjoyed a Sponge Bob SquarePants ice Cream Novelty. 😂 The pool was clean, lifeguards alert, and the bathrooms in a convenient location. There is a separate diving pool, grassy area, shallow end, swimming lanes, and an open deep end. My only issue was getting to the parking lot. I am not from around that neighborhood and there were a lot of one way streets. My GPS kept saying I arrived, but I drove around the pool area 3x prior to locate the parking lot.
I’m telling you the worst lifeguards and the worst bosses literally got in trouble for everything couldn’t even swim with my boyfriend and friends we had to be separate and we wasn’t doing anything other than floating and just having fun they are so mean and it was only us the other adults was doing to the same thing but we get targeted? Since the first time we went we got treated with absolute disrespect we kept going because we liked the pool but this time it went to far. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t never treat my costumers like this. They also haven’t cleaned the pool since they opened it’s so dirty with a lot of hair floating around if you look and a bunch of stuff on the floor. We will never spend another dime there again.
Just fine. If you go for the purpose of swimming and don't feel the need to be an ass. Great family environment, a little on the pricey side. Offers swimming lessons for kids and 3 levels of diving boards. Kiddie pool for newborns and toddlers. plenty of lawn for laying out and working on tans etc. Overall, great place to enjoy a peaceful swim. If you want crazy wild times go to the Zoo.
It’s a nice public pool, good for kids, has lap lanes and diving boards as well
