What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this pool are predominantly negative, with significant concerns regarding lifeguard and staff behavior. Many patrons reported staff being rude, overly restrictive (e.g., strict deep-end rules for tall swimmers, not allowing sun-protective shirts, refusing cash payments), and negligent, including a serious incident where a child reportedly almost drowned due to a distracted lifeguard. Other common complaints include long lifeguard breaks, a chaotic atmosphere, and a lack of convenient snack options. Conversely, some positive feedback noted the pool's cleanliness, with a few finding the staff organized and polite in enforcing rules, leading to an enjoyable experience for one family who plans to return.

Me and my friends were swimming in the pool today and we can’t.We’re too tall to swim in the short end and the lifeguards were saying we couldn’t go a little bit deeper at all so me and my friends had to suffer in the short end where we couldn’t swim and we had to use our feet to just walk they said get a life jacket on and you guys can go in the deep end we got a life jacket on and then they yelled at us to get out the pool also they needed a break which I feel like an hour this isn’t really a part of my review but they needed a break so that they could so-called swim for themselves And the break is like one hour long so if I could give this pool a zero, I definitely would because it is very annoying, chaotic and obnoxious, and the lifeguards literally suck so if you are seeing this just know that this pool literally sucks I would go somewhere else if I were you
Too many restrictions. Concessions for the kids store is not close in walking distance you know so it's not not kid friendly pool
They wax rude they would not let u pay cash and I have a sensitivity to sunburns and they wouldn't let me in the pool with my shirt would not go back
I would have gave 5 stars but they need some snacks up in there. The staff was organized and polite. My two year old loved it, as did I. It was clean, and they made everyone follow rules. I heard the lifeguards get on too some kids for cursing. We will be regulars now. We really enjoyed ourselves.
My first time and Last time! I have 5 kids and when I made the reservation they said only 6 are allowed to swim. My husband and I were attending as well so I said I would sit out. Well my 4 year old was in the shallow pool. I was sitting in eyesight of him and my other children while my husband jumped with our oldest off the diving board. There were life guards on duty. But this young man was too busy trying to look handsome while watching these girls his age. My son was drowning I was about to put my 1 year old down when my husband came from the far end to save my child. Then after all was done a hefty man cleaning up my sons vomit said “He was fine, the dad was doing extra.” If you’re there with children regardless of lifeguards on duty and their limits with how many can swim. Pretend they aren’t. Otherwise you’ll be seen as doing “Extra” for saving your child. Oh and before everyone got in the pool. The life guard was doing push ups to make his self look good. He had no intention of actually jumping in. Outside of that seems like a clean pool. I placed a picture of him for proof to show he had no intention of getting in. What lifeguard wears socks while on duty?
