A very fun pool With tons of activities And great diving boards And very friendly folks
This is a beautiful public pool with several small children's areas, 2 climbing stations, dedicated diving areas, and a floating walkway with hanging web assist. The grounds and pool deck were very clean. The family bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine.
Love this location for less crowds than Reed Road water park. It’s centralized location makes it easy to get to by bike. Nice size area for kids and a really cool climbing wall for something different at a public pool.
The new Tremont pool is far superior to its predecessor. It includes state of the art "playground" equipment such as a rock climbing wall. Plus, the new heater system will encourage people of all ages to enjoy a nice swim experience.
Gonna be honest here, I've never been in the swimming pool itself, but my husband and I love to walk up to the little ice cream cabana they have in the summer! They have Toft's icecream! It's a big brand in the Sandusky and Cleveland areas and it's some of the best ice cream I've ever had (I just wish they had the birthday cake flavor). I will say that though the product is amazing, the shop workers tend to talk or be on their phones a lot, so they don't really notice customers right away. I once stood there for almost 10 minutes and they didn't notice me at all until I called out to them a few times. I'm very soft spoken so I'm not completely surprised that they didn't hear me right away, but they didn't look up even once while we were waiting at the window. But once I got their attention they were very kind, polite, and attentive.
