What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this pool are predominantly negative, focusing on several key issues. A recurring complaint is that only a portion of the pool (half or 2/3) is open daily, often due to a perceived shortage of lifeguards, leading to a waste of resources. Many reviewers find the pool to be significantly overpriced, especially when compared to other local aquatic centers that offer more amenities, longer hours, and better value for money. Other significant concerns include cleanliness issues in both the pool water and ladies' restroom, unprofessional staff behavior (such as rushing patrons out immediately after closing, even those with disabilities, and compromising privacy in the locker rooms), and a general lack of atmosphere or activities, like music. Despite one brief positive comment about the water being refreshing, the overall sentiment is one of dissatisfaction, with several patrons stating they will not return.

It seems to me that the pool could have enough life guards on duty to open the entire pool for swimming (not just 2/3). This is a wast of chemicals, water, electricity etc. to keep all that water clean, and not use it, due to the lack of lifeguards. ( I saw three on duty when this was taking place, July 10 2019). Also, the price of the pool itself. Did the population go down since it was built? I would think the opposite is true. My question to Management is why is this being allowed to happen? Three lifeguards on duty seems to be more then enough to watch the pool. The pool isn't that big.
DO NOT VISIT 1. Workers rush you out of locker room 10 minutes after close so they can swim (physically disabled or not, which I am) 2. They keeping the locker room/shower/bathroom open, even after being closed, so women showering and going to the dressing area or dressing area to the shower or bathroom are seen nude by everyone in half the lobby. 3. Only half the pool is open every day. Unprofessional, disgusting, and sad but it's true. Will never visit again, and to think I was going to give them 50$ for my summer pass
Last week I was at this pool. It seemed VERY DIRTY in the pool and the ladies restroom. Also, there was NO MUSIC playing, like last year. Was this due to a certain lifeguard?? I miss him!! Anyway the water was so refreshing and won't stop my returning
