Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after what happened, I have to say something. Mark Thompson Aquatic Center just canceled an entire event last minute, for NO reason. No weather issues, no emergencies, no warning. Just canceled, like everyone’s time, effort, and excitement meant nothing. Mark Thompson himself should be ashamed. How do you call yourself a leader and run a facility when you can’t follow through on commitments? People showed up, families rearranged their schedules, and for what? To be told it’s not happening, without even a real explanation? That’s pure disrespect. This kind of careless decision making shows how little they value the community. If you can’t handle organizing or honoring events, maybe someone else should be in charge. Absolutely unprofessional and beyond frustrating. Do better. Or step down. -Rocky

flaked out on a signed contract with no valid reason. extremely unprofessional staff, i do not recommend this establishment to anyone. i'm telling everyone i know to never come here

I am very disappointed that they cancelled a party at the last minute. There were a lot of guests looking forward to attending the party. This was very unprofessional.

Great water park but I wish the pool was a little bigger for the deep end. Lifeguards don’t let you swim under the rope to the deep end after you get done on the diving board. They have you get out using the ladder only. Still a good fun waterpark!
