What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility generally receives positive feedback for its modern, clean environment, good concert acoustics, and an intimate venue with excellent sightlines. Many appreciate the friendly staff, a nice cafe with kosher options accessible to non-members, and effective swimming lessons, with special mention of welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests. However, there are significant criticisms concerning accessibility and discrimination. One patron was denied essential access to an outlet for charging cochlear implant batteries, citing safety concerns. Another serious issue highlighted aggressive pool patrons who verbally harassed and discriminated against a disabled swimmer, leading to strong concerns about the facility's handling of such behavior and potential membership cancellations.

Very nice facilities. Modern and clean. I saw a concert in the basement (L2) auditorium. The acoustics seemed good and every seat has excellent sightlines. It's not a large venue- it's quite intimate.
I am Deaf, and the security guards wouldn’t let me charge my cochlear implant batteries in an outlet while I was attending an event here. Tried to explain that I needed the outlet to charge my cochlear implant batteries but they claimed it would be a fire hazard. I es also told there was no tech allowed on the floor. Never coming back here ever again.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, lately it seems like guests of the pool area are becoming more and more aggressive towards others. On multiple occasions now myself and other pool goers have noticed one male patron and a female swimmer, cause issues towards others and have even gone as far as to yell at and belittle Someone who appears to be disabled At today’s occurrence, the handicapped swimmer was doing nothing more than just enjoying the pool when out of nowhere someone who is using both hand and foot flippers starts yelling at her and made the comment that her kind should not belong here. It saddens me to think that a facility like this is allowing discrimination to occur at their facility. Honestly hope that this will change however, if it does not will gladly take my membership someplace else where discrimination and hostility is strictly prohibited.
Great facility. Also- There’s a cafe inside that is a great place to grab a quick snack and You don’t have to be a member to eat at the cafe. The cafe had quick grab and go dairy kosher options. It’s light and airy in the cafe and I had a great cheese plate.
I take my young child here for swimming lessons. The classes are better than the swimjims I’ve tried in the UWS and Mike is an especially fantastic instructor. I am not Jewish but always feel welcome here.
