I would say All New York City Pools have their own special memories , so this is mine since I work here the most.. Our staff (F.P.O.) help maintain the waters 24/7 . @ski973
We love the family feel in this pool. Lots of grandmas and mommies with toddlers and children. Clean, organized and the staff is friendly and nice!
We are expected to be there and going to be happy. We dislike a home and a school studying lessons of science. mathematics, history . Home is like a prison under nagging parents, and the school is like the hell to give us many assignments . After assuring ourselves not to make any troubles on the trip for the pool , with happier moments , we entered into it with so much attention by teachers and parents in the hot sunshine of the summer that boiled its flame in the highest , burning everything on the earth .The pool appeared to have gathered the rippling off the waves of the sea , vast , huge, and glittering of the water was in the strong and irresistible temptation with adventures wonderful ,thrilling to have us moved forward in the scared water. It was exciting moments, and we took off clothes while falling in love with rocker rooms that was decorated very well , and we hastened to go in it . Feeling reborn in the water again to become a new, stronger person. When we touched it, it immediately refused us .We tamed it. We were accustomed to it .It felt like a silver curtain and velvet carpet, and it looked like a mother hugs her child with warm emotion after school . We had excised a ten minutes before jumping into water, stretching up down hands, legs over many times .Keeping body long time in the water was pleasenter as of weight was lighter .The water stayed radiant of purple and violet and transfigured as an air plan to board us on for the sky or a summerine to give us a trip to the bottom of the sea that came out of imagination added extra joyous to our excitements that never to be forget after this . While swimming in the pool, we never thought about the examination it was to be come soon for entering another lever and parents concerning us to study harder at home .We were only focusing on defeating other swimmers by breaking the waves harder than ever with force shaping out of exclamation in the mingling of shame and praise .We were trying to adjust our posture to be similar to be one of a professional swimmer ,feeling sick in the water after taking a mass of water and see arms and legs doing nothing to hold on the surface .We barely crossed the line ,the deepest pool, and reached the end of it with breathless. We had become more braver and enthusim not to die and got thrilling after overcoming .It is good to be alive, and the best of it all is going home and waiting for school.
I had a pleasant visit. Pool and locker rooms were clean. They have water fountains and free spf. There is a shortage of lifeguards so there were different rules surrounding this condition; there was a 30 minute break for the lifeguard to have lunch and only half the pool can be utilized. The baby pool was closed. Bring a lock, no devices nor food on pool deck and no glass bottles. There weren’t too many lounge deck chairs but mostly everyone is swimming so I found a peaceful spot to read and sun bathe. I had a nice experience and I will go back again.
