We just received our Hot Tub and we're pleased to share that the experience from beginning to end was great! The sale was straightforward and affordable. The installers removed a 33 year old Tub that was falling apart-It wasn't an easy job but they kept at it and accomplished the job! The team was efficient and had my new Tub installed in no time. Great place to go for a Hot Tub!

Colorado Springs Hot Tubs sold me what they said they were going to sell me….5 Star Service! From my 1st experience in the store to my delivery which was today they have shown me respect, professionalism, honesty and first rate service….the delivery team was the best I’ve worked with when I’ve had large dollar items delivered and installed over the years. Three distinctively different personalities and 3 different work approaches but all that complimented each other to provide me an informative, safe, problem-free delivery and installation. Leader of the delivery crew, Trent, who is actually the owners son was exceptional. He left me feeling valued and supported as a customer ensuring any and all questions I had were answered. I’m totally happy with my experience from my purchase in the store with Jake, knowledgeable, friendly and a solid sales and delivery person all the way down to Michael making sure any and all smudges or dirt was removed leaving me with the shiny, sexy beast of a hot tub….The Chairman! Looking forward to a long relationship with a company that values fair pricing, honesty, servicing the product they sell and deliver and bringing back putting the customer at the forefront and center of the purchase experience. Great experience. Worked with me to deliver when I was available despite my shifting schedule. Team that delivered was knowledgeable and was able to precisely put a hole on the bottom of the tub allowing the electrical to seamlessly enter the tub from below for a clean and custom look. They took the time to show me exactly how to operate the tub and what chemicals to use which were provided. They set up the warranty and helped install the control app on my phone. Appreciate the military discount. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.
