The aquatic center receives high praise for its well-designed facilities, cleanliness, and safety, offering diverse options for both exercise and family fun. Highlights include a six-lane lap pool, a separate play area with slides and a lazy river, and a warmer second pool. Many commend the clean locker rooms, comfortable water and air temperatures, and attentive lifeguards. Specific events like the Underwater Egg Hunt are also noted as excellent. While the overall experience is consistently described as great with pleasant staff, a recurring concern is the inconsistency in rule enforcement, particularly regarding slide height restrictions, which has caused frustration for some parents and children.

This place is amazing if you want some exercise. The Lazy River is really nice, the water is warmer in the second pool. The first one is great for exercise. The Underwater Egg Hunt during Easter 🐣 is AMAZING!
The pool is very well designed. There is a six lane pool that is separate from a great play area with slides and a lazy river ( also another area to do laps). A great place for kids on a cold winter day. A great place for swimmers looking for a workout. They have a competitive swim program. I can't say much. I haven't talked to the coach in 40 years.
Clean, safe, great temperature (water and air temp), very attentive lifeguards who seem to take pride in their work, and just an overall delightful experience! We got the 10 pass for my kids and the 10 pass for adults (for me) and I feel like the price was well worth the experience. The locker rooms are perfect for young families and smelled and looked clean too. Well done to the management and employees of the WP aquatic center!
My kid loves the pool, loves this place. BUT my kid is just a little too short for the slide, I knew that, BUT they let him ride it all afternoon until the last one and then the lady wouldn't. Really upset my kid. Be consistent or expect parents to get mad. Really not cool. The guard wanted me to call out the girl that let him but I wasn't about to do that.
It's always a great experience here. The pools are big, warm, and well maintained. The staff is young though and the members are older. That may be why they don't seem very friendly to me. But they are always pleasant.
