What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are mixed, with several significant complaints despite some acknowledging it as a nice or cute pool for kids. Common issues include strict and inconsistent capacity limits leading to long waits (sometimes hours in hot weather), a severe lack of basic amenities such as working vending machines (especially for drinks/water), and a requirement for exact cash. Patrons frequently cited 'ridiculous' and increased admission prices, feeling they were 'price gouged' without adequate service. Other complaints include freezing water, frequent mandatory pool evacuations (every 50 minutes), inconsistent policies (e.g., re-entry, swim tests, wristbands), frequently closed slides, and a lack of rain checks or refunds when the pool closes early. There were also mentions of some unfriendly lifeguards and a general sense of mismanagement and lack of accountability.

The grandkids had fun but I'm sorry the price is ridiculous. Talk about price gouging, $15 for adults and $10 per child. It was nice that high 1-2 years ago. I'll go someplace else be robbed. It's a cute pool but those process are unnecessary. They got 2 stars only because my grandkids enjoyed themselves.
Super busy during the summertime, but a great fun pool for kids! The staff is patient when getting 200 people checked in. Be sure to fill out your waiver before you go and bring EXACT cash (if paying with cash).
We got there around 2:45 pm The person at the front desk the name Gene don’t let anybody get in until 4 pm due to capacity (even when a lot of people was leaving while we were waiting to get in) we have to wait for 2 hours and there was people waiting we kids for this long period to get in to the pool. This is not right should let some people get into the pool it was space on it since a lot of people was there early morning and leaving in the afternoon. The hit was over 95 degrees super hot!
First time at this pool… Better come with cash & change for bigger bills for vending machines because they don’t have change. Also bring your own drinks or they will tell you to door dash them because the vending machines are sold out. There’s snacks but ZERO DRINKS!! Not one place to get water here. . Which is absolutely crazy!! Employees tell you only way for drinks is door dash or leaving.. I was told 12 & up doesn’t need a wrist band yet my son was given a yellow one & wasn’t allowed in certain pools or on the blue slide. Coming from a family who goes to water world often, we thought this was really dumb. . . The lifeguards are not all super friendly either. Overall it’s a nice pool. They do kick you out the pool every 50 minutes for bathroom breaks and refreshers. THE WATER IS FREEZING THO!!
Whatever your policies are I would like to see them because it seems like it changes every time. The lightning and rain check re-entry policy seems to apparently be different as well as the swim test and if these are guided by actual protocols and why are they varying so much. We didn't even get to do the slide, not once because it was closed most of the time too. People work hard for their money and then you treat them like this after paying a lot to get in? We were in for a single hour before they closed and not even offered a rain check. Every single year they do this. It's like they take the "get out of work free" card every chance they get. Also, how hard is it to keep a single vending machine running??? Markeisha, you really need to take action because this place is being run into the ground with no accountability or integrity.
