What are people saying (AI review summary)? Overall, the reviews indicate a largely positive experience for many patrons. Multiple users praise the pool for its nostalgic charm, good vibes, and being an amazing place for families and kids. Members find it worth the cost, highlighting great lifeguards, particularly Ruby, for their attentive monitoring and kindness, and commend the well-maintained facilities. Event organizers also report positive experiences with friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and responsive management. However, one significant negative review details an incident where a manager-lifeguard, Becca, allegedly acted unprofessionally, wrongly accusing a teenage son of struggling and disrespect, failing to follow policy (swim test), and being rude and dismissive. This left the family feeling singled out, unheard, discriminated against, and unwelcome, despite a partial private resolution.

I have been going to this pool for years. It is amazing. Something about it makes you feel like you are going back in time when things were simple and beautiful - So excited to go again this summer! Good vibes all the way!
This is our first year as members at The Swimmery and we have found it to be worth every penny! All of the lifeguards do a great job monitoring the pool and managing the horseplay of the kids. That really gives me peace since I'm there with my toddler who can't swim yet. I want to mention one lifeguard, Ruby, in particular. Ruby goes above and beyond to make our family feel cared for and is so kind to our daughter. The facilities are very well kept- from the restrooms to their landscaping and flower pots. I am already looking forward to enjoying the full summer as members next year!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience. My teenage son was using the diving board when he was abruptly pulled from the deep end by a manager-lifeguard Becca who claimed he was struggling. I was right there in the water, watching closely, and at no point was he in distress. He was immediately restricted from using the diving board without being offered the basic swim test outlined in their own policy. We felt singled out and unheard, and my son was wrongly accused of being disrespectful — something he absolutely was not. When I tried to speak with the manager respectfully, she was rude, dismissive, and defensive. I even had to ask her to speak to me with the same respect I was giving her. The follow-up communication doubled down instead of taking any accountability. This didn’t feel like a one-off misunderstanding — it felt like discrimination and a lack of professionalism. Protocol wasn’t followed, and no sincere apology was ever offered. Although the issue was somewhat resolved privately, the damage to how we were treated left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. If you're looking for a respectful, family-oriented environment where concerns are taken seriously, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
This is an amazing place. My kids love it.
I rented the pool for my church's youth group and it was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to my questions. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely do it again. Everyone had a blast.
