DO NOT BOOK AN EXCLUSIVE EVENT WITH THEM! I booked 3 trips with Chris for Summer 2025. I was told there would be approximately 30 slides, and I paid extra to have the slides exclusively to myself. Upon arrival to the first trip, we saw that Chris had double booked us with another group. When I questioned Chris, he said it was a “mistake”, but did not offer to refund the extra money we paid to have the exclusive. Additionally, instead of the “close to 30 rides” promised, there were approximately 17, of which some of them were closed off. When I questioned Chris, he denied saying there would be close to 30 rides, and said he was working on opening more. For the last 15 minutes of our slot, he opened one more ride. After having this experience with our first trip , I reached out to Chris to confirm that we were all set for our next two trips - with the exclusive, and the quantity of rides. Chris confirmed that we were all good. A day before I couldn’t reach Chris, and realized something was amiss. I called the college that was supposed to be hosting Chris and was told that he had never signed the contract with them, and hadn’t paid - in other words, our next two trips were canceled. I tried calling Chris multiple times, but didn’t get a response. Ultimately, we were left scrambling to find another trip, and we are in the midst of fighting the deposit charges. As I started off, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

This was such an amazing experience. They had so many waterslides, even princess slides. They’re for all ages. Some slides were more for tots and they had really tall slides for bigger kids/teens. Even adults were enjoying themselves. Now that’s what I call family fun! We can’t wait until they come back this summer with more. They even sold food and drinks. It kept us nice and cool. There isn’t anything else around like Slide Citu Waterpark.

My family had the pleasure of visiting Slide City Pop Up Inflatable Water Park, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made sure I had everything I needed for a fun-filled day. The variety of inflatable water slides and attractions at Slide City was impressive - there was something for everyone, from thrilling slides to relaxing lounge areas. The park was clean, well-maintained, and safety was clearly a top priority, which put my mind at ease. I especially loved how family-friendly the park was. Kids and adults alike were having a great time, and it created a wonderful atmosphere of joy and excitement. The convenience of having food and drink options on-site meant we could spend the whole day there without any hassle. Overall, Slide City Pop Up Inflatable Water Park provided a fantastic experience that I won't soon forget. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable day out with friends and family. I can't wait to visit again!

If I could give this company a Negative 5 I would . The event states in black and white that if an attendee can not attend a date there will be no refund but the ticket can be utilized on a different date . I purchased tickets on July 11 and in advance changed the tickets to July 13 . I believe Chris changed the ticket date for me and stated when the QR code is scanned it would show my new tickets are for July 13 . The event was canceled for all ticket holders by the company due to the community stating the event was too loud. I reached out to the company and was informed all holders would be reimbursed for this date because it was the company fault it was closed . I was also told via email i would reimbursed . The company tried to find a Lu-pole and state because I changed the date I would not be reimbursed. I was told the CEO, Chris or quinasia would contact me and no one ever did . This company avoids at all cost any kind of reimbursement . If anyone had similar issues with this company and unlawfully did not receive their refund because of their cause please reply to this post . This is illegal because if it is the company’s error not the the purchaser - the purchaser is entitled to get their money reimbursed . Please also read reviews from different sources to get a better outtake on the company which include their reluctance of reimbursement and having dirty water in the bottom of the slide. If I read this sooner I would of never made the purchase For the company in Atlanta GA please allow the companies business address to be know so that if there are more victims such and yourself an I a class action suit may be brought so they do not victimize anyone else

Chris the owner called our company to use a water attraction in Atlanta, Ga for his June,2025 event at Atlantic Station. We agreed to a price and only partial payment was made. This is a disabled Veterans owned company, plus small business. We have reached out multiple times but no response. Please if you deal with this company obtain your funds upfront! We would like to settle this without legal involvement.
