Nasty Attitudes from the front Desk... ( Lifeguards) My twin boys was playing in the pool, in front of the Lifeguard and seen a dead bird. My son got it out the pool.. ewwww.. As the lifeguard watched him.... an left the dead bird right beside the pool.... I waited 10 minutes. DEAD BIRD STILL THERE... ( MIND YOU NO ONE WAS IN THE POOL OR SITTING AREA!!!...) I WENT TO TELL THE LITTLE NASTY ATTITUDE LIFEGUARDS THAT THE DEAD BIRD IS STILL THERE CHILLING!!

It is making me select one star, otherwise I would have given it NO STARS. My mother lived in this condominium association for 15 plus years and my daughter moved in because my mother got sick with cancer. I moved in shortly after that. This place is the WORST! The condo president listens and sniffs at your door, he makes excuses to come around my door. He has called my landlord and bothered him as well, wanting to "fine" us for a complaint from our upstairs neighbors (they are renting). The association BARGES in your home, even if you tell them no. The upstairs renter, has a ring camera and points it to the front building door to see who is coming and going, stalking! Instead of trying to think of ideas to get me out, they should take care of the wild animals in the trash, and the teens going around trying car doors because the whole condo complex is not lighted enough! Your complaints will go unheard. The management company community manager (who rents), smokes on her balcony and her boyfriend smokes weed on her balcony too. There is so MUCH MORE! This place is a SHITSHOW! DO NOT RENT IN THIS CONDO COMPLEX, WARNING! DO NOT BUY A CONDO IN THIS COMPLEX, WARNING!

Decent neighborhood, terrible management. Had to move from this neighborhood a couple weeks ago. The management is terrible and take awhile to fix things. As well as money wise, they will take your money and make it seem like they used it for something that was “needed” in the apartment. They will make excuses just to use almost all of your deposit money. This management is money hungry and will scam the hell out of you. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOU!!!

Love this pool, been coming here for over 10 years. There is baby pool, a beach front pool that goes up to 4 feet and then a bigger pool with lap lanes and diving well that goes up to 12 ft.
