I live there! I can walk, it's two minutes from my home! I wish they had more than one dedicated lane without a reservation or first come, first serve. It's free now for residents, so that's a plus

Lifeguard didn't show on time so pool unexpectedly did not open in the morning. Also door was left unlocked all night, posing a hazardous situation.
