What are people saying (AI review summary)? Overall, reviews present a mixed picture of the facility. Positive feedback praises it as a first-class, well-managed facility offering a great experience with many activities for kids of all ages, including nice, big pools with slides and ample seating. However, significant concerns were raised regarding cleanliness, with some guests noting dirty pools (leaves) and chairs, and a perceived lack of dedicated cleaning staff for bathrooms. Safety issues were also reported in changing rooms due to gender confusion and improper access. Additionally, there were complaints about poor lifeguard customer service and an illogical age limit for the indoor pool. A minor suggestion included adding more seating to the open lawn area.

great experience! lots of things to do for kids of all ages!
It’s nice, big pool with lots of seating and slides. I wish the open lawn area on the far deep end side had chairs though, not sure why they don’t. Other than that it’s fine.
Pool seems dirty and you really can't access the indoor pool because it's a certain age limit that don't make sense. Too much leaves floating in the pool and chairs seems dirty. They don't have a cleaning person, that cleans the bath room. It seems like the staff takes turn, cleaning the dirty bathrooms. Also needs to be more strict , because the entrance to the bathroom/changing rooms you have males walking through the females bathroom same thing with the men, women are walking through the men. I think they get confused but it needs to be more safety precautions.
The pools were good but the life guards, they don’t care or have any proper customer service.
First class facility. Extremely well managed.
