Frank from Watercrafters came and did a multiport valve repair on my pool system and was excellent! He did the repair quick and answered all of questions about the repair and maintenance of our saltwater pool!

I’ve been a client of Watercrafters for over five years now. They service my pool seasonally and have replaced broken pumps and pipes as needed. They completely retiled and sealed my pool this past year, solving a leak problem in the process. Everything they’ve done has been no less than exceptional. There are companies that have hit-or-miss techs or sales reps. Everyone I’ve worked with at Watercrafters has been skilled, kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. While I’m still struggling to find a decent plumber and electrician, it’s such a relief to know I never have to worry about the care of my pool.

Great service and friendly staff. I’d recommend them! We use them to open and close our pool. For regular water chem checks. And have had major equipment replaced as well (heater, etc).

Always exceptional customer service and expertise. And they seem to really care. They’ve even called me to check on the pool when I was having problems with an algae bloom. They even offered me a loaner pool cleaner robot when mine got damaged in an electrical storm. You really won’t find many business in any sector that are as friendly, helpful, and passionate about their work. They must being doing something right as their great staff don’t seem to turnover much.

We had a really tough time getting our pool up and running this year. We had skipped opening last year due to financial constraints, so the pool was really dirty. Watercrafters was there every step of the way. It took about 6 weeks, and about 3 different approaches, but our pool is finally the crystal clear oasis I had been longing for. It was admittedly a frustrating process, but we could tell everyone at Watercrafters was really trying to help us and even pulled a few strings that they didn't have to every once in a while. I definitely intend to keep using them for all of our pool maintenance needs!
