Vista Grande Pool and Recreation is the most amazing community pool run by the most amazing woman Trish! She is absolutely wonderful and does a wonderful job of providing training to the lifeguards so that they can do an exceptional job! It is such a welcoming and fun place. Everybody loves it. So grateful to have found this amazing community to get to be part of! Keep up the amazing work Trish and team!

I love being a member of this pool—it’s clean, relaxing, and always a great place to have fun. The best part? Trish, our volunteer pool manager and board president, does an incredible job keeping everything running smoothly. She’s kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make this a special place.

I went here after seeing the photos online and thinking it seemed to be a fun family friendly pool for my kiddos. What I got was a manager, Trish, who treated me so rudely as I was not a "member". She clearly does not want non-members to be at "her" pool and makes it extremely obvious with overtly loud comments to staff or fellow pool goers. I've never expierenced such discrimination from a public pool site. You'd actually think we trying to swim at this woman's home pool and trespassed. I'd say 100% don't waste your time or money on a venue that clearly does not appreciate your patronage. What a disappointment since it advertises as a family/fun pool. The board needs to determine if this is the right person to be the face and voice of their association it is not a good look.

My family have been members of this pool for years. Initially, we LOVED it. The pool itself is decent and having a kiddie pool option is very convenient for the little ones. I know a thing or two about pools and I’ve never been in water that had such high chlorine levels. I never saw any of the staff check the pH and chlorine on a periodic basis. It should be done 3x a day MINIMUM. The skinny kid in charge of the phone is uneducated about the pool and very immature/rude. All I see the lifeguards doing when they’re not on stand is eating or on their phones. It seems that since Eileen has departed, everything has gone downhill. Though I do not know her personally, her presence made all the difference. The new manager Trish is rude and treats certain members better than others. The pool is now full of clicks and overall it is a very unpleasant experience. We will no longer be attending this pool.

I’ve been lifeguarding at this pool for 3 years now and I LOVE IT!!! This was my first job and it’s great. The community feels like family, my manager Trish is the best and cares for our members and the pool. Us guards makes sure to keep the pool safe and clean for everyone. I grew up swimming at this pool so I’m very familiar with all of it already and there’s nothing better to do than come hang at VGRA pool for hours!
