Best lazy river around! Our young adults enjoyed the surfing option. 10 minutes of adult swim every hour is nice. It's been very clean every time we've been there. We've always been able to get at least one chair for our things. Really the only drawback we've experienced is that the bridge to the center seating area is scalding hot on really hot days. It literally burned the bottoms of our feet and they hurt for 2 days afterward. That seems like a liability to me and they really should have a sprayer on it or a tented roof to shade it or something.
First visit to this particular facility. I was impressed with the lifeguard staffing. Kept a watchful eye on all areas. My only complaint would be the lack of tubes available. It was hard to get one to float the lazy river, especially when many would hold on to them to use for the slides. I didn't notice if they had a separate tube station specifically for the slides. Perhaps that would help. Otherwise a very enjoyable time was had by all.
We have loved coming here. We love the features of the park like the lazy river and the slides. My kids like the wave rider. Sadly I don't know if we will be back. Sadly there are some negatives. Some of the life guards are on power trips. I was moving slowly with my kids and she blew a whistle to tell me keep moving in the lazy river. Really as I was moving past her. The next time around she blew the whistle and my kids because he was sitting to high on his tube. Seriously. There were several silly things life guards were doing like making people take their watches off because the screens could crack but they are wearing glass sun glasses. If no glass can be around the pool then get rid of the glasses. They want to be rude at slides but at the diving boards they are not saying anything when there are more than one person at a time. I watched a man jump off the middle board and swim to one side. As he reached the ladder by the basketball hoop, he had 3 life guards screaming at him saying that he had to exit to the side by the slide that is pushing out water that pushes you away from the ladder. There are no signs saying anything to the effect. Why does it matter which side you get out on? Isn't more important to just let them get out? But no they made him swim back across to exit on the side of the slide. It is more dangerous to get out there because the ladder is not on the right place with the slide there. My husband almost had some one dump out on his head as he was heading to the ladder fighting the current coming off the slide. You might want to rethink your stance at the diving boards.
We have been coming here for a couple of years now and absolutely loved it. Came here with the kids to play and have a family day out. The food menu was up but th3y only had 3 items available all weekend l. Orange powerade, water for drinks and pizza or hot dogs. Still advertising candy and cheeseburgers and pretzels. Ok fine I'll settle however one of the kids were refused to ride the Flo rider due to height. He's rode it no issue all season and he ailments the height requirements. Yet they still turned him away after the front desk approved him. This expiernce this trip will not have us coming back not just the options but the way we were treated when we simply asked questions about it.
Great for all ages. The lazy river was refreshing.the water slides are great for all ages, but younger people mostly used them. The pool was very crowded.
