What are people saying (AI review summary)? This aquatic center receives mixed reviews. Many patrons praise its "CRAZY good" pool, exciting slides, clean and fun facilities, great splash area for young kids, diving board, basketball hoop, and a "fire" snack bar. Staff are often described as helpful and attentive. However, significant safety concerns have been raised regarding lifeguard attentiveness, especially at the bottom of the deeper, faster slides. Multiple incidents include lifeguards failing to notice children in distress, requiring parental intervention, and reports of children hitting their heads on the "bowl slide." Reviewers suggest better lifeguard training and having lifeguards in the water to prevent such incidents, with some preferring other aquatic centers due to these safety issues.

Hosted a client appreciation event here, the staff was super helpful and attentive. This space was clean and fun. Great splash area for younger kids, basketball hoop, slides, diving board were all great!
CRAZY good pool! The slides are a banger, the staircase up to the slides are nice unlike CLIVE that has disgusting staircases. I love that it is on a hill because you get a better view. The snack bar is fire, the diving board is great, and even the slogan is good! Props to the staff for saying the slogan even though I can tell they hate saying it. 5 stars.
Took my son there, he went down the slide with the circle at the end. There was a lifeguard sitting in a chair supposedly watching each kid shoot out the bottom, because its deep and water is coming out fast pouring over their heads. My son went under two times, then two more times screaming help twice. My husband jumped in since the lifeguard wasn’t paying attention. My husband swam halfway to him before the sitting lifeguard that was a couple feet away from my son, finally noticed and pulled him out. When we got him out and made sure he was okay another kid had trouble getting out and I had to pull them out. If it’s the first time your kid is using that slide, wait at the bottom even though there is a lifeguard. They should have a lifeguard in the water ready to help kids out, just like most of the parks do. Scariest moment of my life.
I went here for a little bit today and didn’t like this aquatic center my friend bonked his head twice on bowl slide I went down it and I didn’t bonk my head and this aquatic center is the worst Clive and valley view are way better
Need better training, you see a kid hit their head, holding it, maybe get up and check. Isn't that your job as a lifeguard? It's a serious job to have, not sit and look pretty.
